It was an Amazing experience. Thanks to the Hyatt team. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay: stylish cozy rooms, comfortable beds, two restaurants with huge portions, a bar with tasty cocktails. We loved the breakfast and the choice of food and drinks, which they can prepare on your request. The second pool overlooking the ocean is top notch! It was my partner's birthday and the hotel team baked a cake for him! The cake was delivered in the morning along with candles, which with the opacity created an amazing mood for the whole day! The only downside that happened to us was that on the last day of our trip we woke up to a bed full of ants. But it did not spoil the positive impressions.
Exceptional hotel with an amazing service and facilities just in front of the beach. Food was great but I had to complain several times at the buffet to get more vegetarian options, which the staff was always willing to prepare something for us. I would definitely recommend it. We had a great time with the kids. They also have a warm pool which was perfect for February. Kids loved the kid’s club. The sunset at the beach is a must seen!
